Growing Wellness from Granbury to Dublin

DUBLIN, TX -- Three years ago, Charlotte, a reflexologist, was serving clients exclusively in Granbury, yet some clients would have to drive from afar just to see her. When those same clients urged her to visit a recently purchased building in Dublin, she hesitated. She didn’t know anyone there. But she agreed to see a few people one Saturday. One of those clients was the building’s owner, who experienced such remarkable results that she became an advocate overnight. Word spread quickly, and what began as two days a month soon grew into a steady presence. Today, she serves approximately 40 Dublin clients monthly and is booked two to three months in advance.
As demand increased, clients began asking for additional services. Recognizing the opportunity to expand beyond one-on-one appointments, she partnered with the SBDC to strategically plan her next phase of growth. The SBDC assisted with financial forecasting, service pricing, refining her business plan, and preparing a pitch to pursue investor funding. “The SBDC helped me see the bigger picture,” Charlotte shared. “They gave me the support and numbers to grow wisely.”
The expanded space now offers accessible, practical wellness options designed to meet everyday needs. Clients can now experience infrared sauna therapy, cold plunge sessions, an oxygen bar, rebounder workouts, massages, and other
restorative services that support whole body wellness. The apothecary has grown into a larger retail space, complemented by a whole food smoothie shop that reinforces her commitment to natural, everyday health solutions. Every corner of the west wing has been thoughtfully utilized to provide affordable, results driven services to the community.
Already outgrowing the space, she envisions a Phase Two expansion, possibly opening the upstairs for yoga and additional offerings. What began as a reluctant Saturday visit has evolved into a thriving, community-centered wellness destination built on results, and word of mouth.”
