Ron Beck,

Ron Beck moved from Colorado to become the Tarleton SBDC Director in April 2001.  He was and is a director of an investment firm.  He has been a marketing director for a fortune 500 company working in diverse location such as New York City, Chicago, and Santa Monica. He has an Honorary SACology degree from the Strategic Air Command. He is an Instructional Design Developer. He has a bachelor degree from Austin College, a Master in Real Estate (Colorado) and a Master of Science degree with honors from Tarleton State University.  Some of his study work has been published nationally. 

Randy Burch ,

Program Coordinator

Randy Burch began working as Program Coordinator in May 2002.  He has over 10 years experience as a small business owner.  He has 7 years experience in banking, served on many committees and is very involved in the community.  He is a graduate of Tarleton State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management and a minor in Computer Information Systems.  In September 2007, Randy was presented the “State Star” award at the Association of Small Business Development Center National meeting in Denver.

June Hill had an employee service record of six years with Tarleton State University, when she began working for the SBDC in 2005.  June also has nine years experience in banking, as well as, over 10 years experience as a business owner.  She attended Tarleton State University and Weatherford College and her education includes Management, Business Law, Computer Programming and Economics.  She is a member of the Texas Educational Support Staff Association and is an officer for the Tarleton Area Educational Office Professionals and was given the “Support Staff of the Year” award in 2006.  She is a Texas Certified Educational Office Professional which she received in 2005.
